The Tile & Stone Doctor was established 15 years ago by Cliff Ellwood (previously also known as Doctor Terracotta for almost 15 years before that). Cliff has a solid foundation of skills, training and knowledge based on more than 35 years’ experience in the industry. As a qualified stonemason and tile layer, Cliff has expertise in laying, cleaning, rectifying and treating all types of tile and stone surfaces.

The Tile and Stone Doctor Warranty!

At the Tile and Stone Doctor we believe in only using top quality products. We only use sealants and products that have proven efficacy. This means that you will benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on all our quality products.

All sub-surface penetrating sealers carry a manufacturer’s warranty for up to 15 years, provided they are applied by an approved applicator such Tile and Stone Doctor, in accordance with the manufacturer’s written instructions.

The other proviso is that maintenance of the treated materials be carried out by the client in accordance with instructions provided.
